Tom Keel: Lead Contributor to CESH

Currently lecturing across multiple disciplines at a Victorian University, including in sustainable property construction, property development & valuation, I have a strong passion for liveable urban development and of sustainable built environments. My experience with inner-city planning has brought with it a keen interest in home and city design and how buildings combine to create better living and working environments for communities. As a practitioner, most recently as the developer of an 8.4-star home within an Eco Village, I successfully applied our taught principles of sustainable property to a new residential build. In addition to work roles, I’ve enjoyed chairing and contributing to several discussion groups focused on city planning matters and have led heritage preservation campaigns. My dream is that one day everyone will live in Comfortable, Energy Efficient, Sustainable Homes.
